Ben jij op zoek naar een leerrijke stage waar je écht mee het verschil kan maken? Bij Salubris krijg je de kans om mee te draaien op onze binnendienst én actief mee te werken aan interne verbeterprojecten.

Je ondersteunt ons team in de dagelijkse werking en krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket waarbij geen enkele dag hetzelfde is.

Zo help je mee met:

  • algemene administratieve en commerciële ondersteuning van de binnendienst;
  • klantencontact via mail en telefoon;
  • orderverwerking;
  • opvolging van leveringen en klantendossiers;
  • rapportering en administratieve verwerking in Excel.

Daarnaast krijg je de kans om mee te werken aan diverse projecten binnen onze organisatie, zoals:

  • ondersteuning bij de implementatie van een ERP-systeem;
  • meedenken rond efficiëntie en optimalisatie van processen;
  • uitwerken van verbeterinitiatieven;
  • ondersteuning bij marketing- en communicatieprojecten.

Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid, ruimte voor initiatief en de kans om écht impact te maken binnen ons bedrijf.

Je volgt momenteel een bachelor- of masteropleiding in het hoger onderwijs. Richtingen zoals Office Management, Business Management, Marketing, Communicatie of gelijkaardig sluiten mooi aan, maar we staan zeker open voor allround profielen want voor ons primeert de motivatie en een stevige dosis enthousiasme!

Daarnaast:

  • ben je zeer communicatief, leergierig en hands-on;
  • werk je graag zelfstandig maar ook in team;
  • kan je vlot overweg met de courante MS Office-toepassingen (vnl Excel);
  • denk je graag mee en neem je initiatief;
  • beschik je over een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands; kennis van Frans is mooi meegenomen.
