Als IT-stagiair(e) ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor je collega's bij vragen over hardware, software en accounts. Je helpt mee incidenten op te lossen, zorgt dat werkplekken optimaal functioneren en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in processen en tooling. Af en toe bezoek je ook ons warehouse om te zorgen dat alles daar soepel verloopt en je doet mee aan IT-projecten die impact hebben op werkplekken en eindgebruikers. Wat ga je doen? Tijdens je stage krijg je onder andere de kans om: - Werkplekken te beheren, inclusief accounts, hardware en software - Onboarding en offboarding van medewerkers in te richten - Te ondersteunen bij systeembeheeractiviteiten en kleinere IT-projecten - Knelpunten te signaleren en verbeteringen aan te dragen - Nauwe contacten te onderhouden met collega's binnen support en systeembeheer - Kennis, handleidingen en procedures te documenteren Wat neem je mee? - Je volgt een mbo-4 opleiding ICT System & Network Engineering - Basiskennis van Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange) en Windows 10/11 - Interesse in Active Directory, accountbeheer en werkplekbeheer; ervaring is een plus, maar geen vereiste - Enthousiasme om te leren over ITIL-processen en servicedesksoftware zoals TOPdesk - Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels; Duits is een pré, maar geen must - Een servicegerichte houding, leergierig en gemotiveerd om jezelf continu te ontwikkelen Wat wij jou te bieden hebben - Een stagevergoeding van €350,- per maand en een reiskostenvergoeding - Je krijgt begeleiding van een ervaren mentor of stagebegeleider die je helpt met je persoonlijke en professi...
