Sparta Rotterdam biedt een veelzijdige stageplek op Het Kasteel, het oudste stadion van het Nederlandse betaald voetbal. We zoeken niet alleen iemand die ondersteunt, maar ook iemand die kansen ziet en met ideeën komt om onze dienstverlening verder te verbeteren. Wat ga je doen? Als stagiair(e) ondersteun je de kantoororganisatie van Sparta Rotterdam bij onze receptie. Je bent hiermee het gezicht en een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor onze bezoekers en voor collega's. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Ontvangst en verwelkomen van bezoekers; - Houdt toezicht op en zorgt voor een nette centrale hal en receptie; - Beantwoorden van de algemene telefoonlijn en mailbox en deze doorzetten naar collega's; - Verwerken van inkomende post en pakketten; - Ondersteunen bij administratieve werkzaamheden; - Samenstellen van Kids Club-pakketten; - Signaleren van facilitaire aandachtspunten; - Ondersteunen bij organisatorische werkzaamheden rondom evenementen en/of wedstrijden; - Mee te denken over efficiëntie, dienstverlening en gastvrijheid; - Verbeterkansen te signaleren en voorstellen uit te werken; Wie zoeken wij? Jij bent een enthousiaste en proactieve student die energie krijgt van organiseren, ondersteunen en contact met mensen. - Je volgt een HBO-opleiding (evt. MBO4), bijvoorbeeld Office Management, Management Assistant, Executive Assistant, Facility Management of een vergelijkbare richting; - Je bent gastvrij, representatief en communicatief vaardig; - Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd; - Je neemt initiatief en vindt het leuk om mee te denken over verbeteringen; - Je beheerst de N...
