Bij Landra geloven we dat KMO’s evenveel recht hebben op sterke marketing als grote bedrijven. En dus maken wij marketing – van websites tot advertenties – begrijpbaar, rendabel en menselijk. Daarvoor zoeken we collega’s met goesting én frisse ideeën. Ook stagiairs.

Dus... zit jij vol nieuwsgierigheid? Wil je niet wekenlang koffie halen of teksten herschrijven die nooit live gaan? Dan hebben wij iets voor jou.

Wat doe je écht als stagiair bij Landra?

Je start je dag met een korte teammeeting: wie werkt waar aan? Wat kan jij oppikken?

Je denkt mee na over contentideeën voor een lokale ondernemer.

In de namiddag bekijk je mee hoe een advertentiecampagne is opgebouwd – we leggen uit waarom iets werkt, en wat niet.

Tussendoor werk je aan social posts of test je of een website mobiel goed laadt.

Wat je concreet leert en doet:

  • Meewerken aan het bouwen en optimaliseren van websites (vaak in WordPress)
  • Social media management: content meedenken, teksten schrijven en plannen
  • Leren hoe Google Ads en social ads werken, inclusief meekijken in campagnes
  • Zien hoe we strategisch keuzes maken voor KMO’s
  • Meedenken over hoe we onze klanten nog beter kunnen helpen groeien

Je krijgt geen ‘dummy-taken’, maar wél verantwoordelijkheid op jouw tempo, met begeleiding.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je volgt een opleiding in marketing, communicatie, digitale media of iets gelijkaardigs
  • Je hebt al een basiskennis van online marketing, en vooral veel zin om bij te leren
  • Je werkt graag gestructureerd, maar ook creatief
  • Je communiceert vlot en durft vragen stellen
  • Je wil geen ‘bedrijfje spelen’, maar écht meewerken aan projecten die tellen

Ervaring is geen vereiste – goesting, motivatie en leergierigheid wél.
