Dan maken we graag kennis met je! Wie zijn wij? De HLB Group bestaat uit HLB, NMI en De Groene Vlieg. We helpen telers met gezonde planten en een gezonde bodem. Ons team doet onderzoek, geeft advies en werkt in het veld. Zo maken we nieuwe kennis direct bruikbaar in de praktijk. Samen werken we aan een sterke en duurzame landbouw. Je komt terecht in een gezellig en hecht HR-team bestaande uit drie HR-medewerkers en een HR-manager. Iedereen heeft zijn eigen specialisme, waardoor je veel kunt leren en volop de kans krijgt om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Wat ga je doen? Tijdens deze stage duik je in onze bedrijfscultuur: wat gaat er goed, waar liggen kansen en wat vinden medewerkers belangrijk? Je gaat in gesprek met collega's, verzamelt inzichten via enquêtes en werkt jouw ideeën uit tot concrete verbeterplannen waar we echt iets mee kunnen. Maar er is meer! Naast je onderzoek draai je actief mee in onze organisatie. Afhankelijk van jouw interesses en leerdoelen krijg je de kans om ervaring op te doen met verschillende werkzaamheden. Zo combineer je een uitdagende opdracht met waardevolle praktijkervaring en ontdek je wat echt bij jou past.
