Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Binnen onze productieprocessen is procesbeheersing in elke stap van groot belang. Dit heeft een directe relatie met onze kwaliteitsbeheersing en het vrijgaveproces. Afwijkingen worden in de dagelijkse productie overleggen gemeld en van daaruit opgevolgd. Dit proces van detecteren, registreren, opvolgen en vrijgeven willen we graag laten onderzoeken: waar liggen kansen om te optimaliseren? Het team Je komt te werken in het kwaliteits-team met enthousiaste en ondernemende collega's, waar kwaliteit, betrokkenheid, trots en eigenzinnigheid op nummer één staan. Samen zijn we verantwoordelijk voor de borging van de kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid van onze kazen, van grondstof tot vrijgave. Dit ga je doen - Het huidige vrijgaveproces in kaart brengen; - Wensen en behoeften ophalen via interviews met stakeholders en key players; - Mogelijkheden onderzoeken om invulling te geven aan die wensen en behoeften; - Adviseren op welke parameters (KPI's) de prestaties van het vrijgaveproces gemonitord kunnen worden; - Een praktisch adviesrapport opstellen voor optimalisatie én monitoring van het vrijgaveproces. Aan het einde van je stage lever je een onderbouwd advies op waarmee CONO het vrijgaveproces kan optimaliseren en monitoren: een robuuste werkwijze om op volle kracht vooruit te kunnen.
