bij Kultlab Solliciteren? Kultlab zoekt een fulltime stagiair productie met focus op veiligheid voor de periode begin februari tot en met juli 2027 met de eventuele mogelijkheid om tot en met ADE (eind oktober) door te gaan om ook ervaring op te doen bij andere evenementen van Kultlab. Over Kultlab Kultlab is de verantwoordelijke organisatie van de evenementen Into the Woods, Wildeburg, Lepeltje Lepeltje, Wilde Weide en medeoprichter van Netl Camping Kallumaan. Wij werken in een jong en creatief team aan onze evenementen met een kantoor in Amersfoort. Veiligheid is een belangrijk onderdeel van onze evenementen. Binnen je stage geef je in een team van drie personen vorm aan de veiligheidsorganisatie van Kultlab. Het werk is dynamisch; waar je begin van het jaar vooral druk bent met het vormgeven van de plannen, het afstemmen met de externe partijen (gemeente, beveiliging etc.) ben je in de zomer vooral bezig met het doorvertalen van de plannen naar de productie. Vind je het leuk om je te verdiepen in geldende wet- en regelgeving, plannen te schrijven en zorg jij voor kalmte in chaos? Ben je iemand die niet bang is om een stapje extra te zetten en energie krijgt van een hands-on aanpak? Dan zoeken wij jou! Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere; - Ondersteunen bij het vergunningenproces; - Doorvertalen van de veiligheidsplannen naar de productie; - Onderhouden van contact met diverse leveranciers die bijdragen aan de veiligheid van onze evenementen; - Coördineren en controleren tijdens de uitvoeringen; - Vormgeven van interne en externe risico-inventarisatie en -evaluatie; - Het op orde brengen en houden van materialen. Jouw profiel - Je volgt bij voorkeur een studie in het vakgebied van crowd management, health & safety of integrale veiligheidskunde; - Je hebt affiniteit met evenementen en (sociale) veiligheid en volgt relevante ontwikkelingen binnen dat vakgebied; - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal zowel op spraa...
