Tijdens deze meewerkstage leer je hoe de vraag vanuit Supply Chain wordt vertaald naar een haalbare productieplanning en krijg je inzicht in de balans tussen capaciteit, grondstoffen en leverbetrouwbaarheid. Je denkt mee over verbeteringen, signaleert knelpunten en ontdekt hoe een optimale productieflow tot stand komt. Heb jij de skills voor SuperVers? Dit wordt jouw baan. Bij Hessing draait alles om vers. Elke dag verwerken we duizenden kilo's groente en fruit tot verse producten voor supermarkten in binnen- en buitenland. Achter die dagelijkse prestatie schuilt een strakke productieplanning. Tijdens deze meewerkstage ontdek je hoe vraag, capaciteit en logistiek samenkomen en draag je bij aan een soepel verlopend productieproces. Als stagiair(e) Productieplanning: - Ondersteun je bij het vertalen van de vraag vanuit Supply Chain naar een haalbare productieplanning; - Help je mee om de juiste balans te bewaken tussen klantvraag, productiecapaciteit en productversheid; - Monitor je de voortgang van de productie en signaleer je knelpunten of afwijkingen; - Schakel je met Supply Chain, Productie en Expeditie om de planning soepel te laten verlopen; - Ondersteun je bij het beheren van voorraden en het terugdringen van derving; - Help je mee met de afroep van handelsgoederen en een tijdige uitlevering naar klanten; - Zorg je ervoor dat planningsgegevens in onze systemen actueel en betrouwbaar zijn; - Analyseer je processen en denk je mee over verbeteringen binnen planning en logistieke stromen. Je draait volledig mee binnen het team en krijgt de kans om te leren hoe een complexe productieorganisatie iedere dag duizenden verse producten op tijd bij de klant krijgt.
