Voor het academiejaar 2026-2027 zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste stagiair(e). Wil je graag de kneepjes van ons vak in detail leren van een specialist? Of wil je een eerste werkervaring opdoen? Dan is dit de ideale kans om recruitment en HR-dienstverlening te leren kennen! Leg bij ons de fundering voor een ambitieuze carrière in corporate knowhow, door een op maat gemaakte opleiding van je mentor. Je zal onderdeel uitmaken van de business unit Engineering. Ben je laatstejaarsstudent? Bij een positieve evaluatie aan het einde van je stage krijg je potentieel om meteen vast in dienst te treden! De verantwoordelijkheden binnen deze stage zijn: KANDIDATEN

  • Je zoekt actief naar geschikte kandidaten – hier krijg je de begeleiding en vrijheid om zo creatief mogelijk mee te zijn!
  • Na je telefonische kennismaking met je kandidaat, nodig je hem/haar/hen uit voor een persoonlijk face to face gesprek.
  • Je stelt voorstellingsrapporten op aan de hand van onze nieuwste AI technologie.
  • Je begeleidt de kandidaten doorheen het sollicitatieprocess van onze partners.

VACATURES

  • Je schrijft vacatures op een originele manier uit waarbij je verschillende tips & tricks zal leren om ze in het juiste daglicht te zetten.
  • Je publiceert de vacatures op de verschillende kanalen.

KLANTEN EN PARTNERS

  • Je zal de kans krijgen om met onze de partners in contact te staan en te fungeren als hun advisor.
  • Je vertegenwoordigt SQUARE CITY als een echte ambassadeur.
  • Je bedenkt leuke marketingacties én neemt deel aan brainstormsessies met je collega's!
  • Je werkt met een klantgerichte houding en ontwikkelt je commerciële vaardigheden door kansen te herkennen én er direct op in te spelen.

De vereiste kwalificaties zijn:

  • Je volgt op dit moment een bachelor-of masteropleiding binnen handelswetenschappen, KMO- of bedrijfsmanagement, ...? Of je bent jezelf aan het specialiseren volgens één van onze business units.
  • Je bent op zoek naar een stageperiode van minstens 3 maanden waarbij je bij voorkeur fulltime aanwezig kan zijn. Je bent laatstejaarsstudent.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal vloeiend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je ben proactief en weet het werk vast te pakken.
  • Stage is voor jou geen verplicht nummer maar een kans om te leren!
  • Je bent communicatief en weet makkelijk met mensen in dialoog te gaan.
