Uw Evenement is onze Sport Door Het hele jaar door zijn wij te vinden op toonaangevende evenementen waar wij de facilitaire dienstverlening van A tot Z regelen. Wil jij achter de schermen meewerken aan evenementen als Jumping Indoor Maastricht, de KFPS hengstenkeuring en de KWPN Stallion Show? Kom dan stage lopen bij ons! Wie zijn wij? Wij zijn V2 Facility, en wij zijn gespecialiseerd in facilitaire dienstverlening en sportmanagement. Bedenk je eens hoe je van een lege hal (bijvoorbeeld de Brabanthallen) een compleet aangekleed evenement neerzet met tribunes, stands, podia enzovoort, enzovoort… Dat regelen wij! De inkoop, maken van plattegronden en tekeningen, coördinatie van opbouw en afbouw, standindeling, VIP-tafel indeling, kaartverkoop; laat dat maar aan ons over! Ons kantoor is gevestigd in Haaren (Noord-Brabant) en met ons kleine team coördineren we alle evenementen. Wat ga jij doen tijdens je stage? Geen dag is hetzelfde bij ons. Soms zijn we dagenlang op de evenementlocatie om de opbouw te coördineren (en mee te helpen!)), op andere dagen zijn we op kantoor bezig met voorbereidingen. Denk aan het maken van programma's en planningen, afspraken met leveranciers, het informeren van standhouders en gasten, en het verzamelen van materialen in ons magazijn. Bij al deze taken hebben we jouw hulp nodig! We zoeken een stagiair die mee kan werken bij ons op kantoor óf op de evenementlocatie. Op deze manier kun je écht leren wat er allemaal komt kijken bij het organiseren van grote publieksevenementen. Wat zoeken wij? Wij zoeken een stagiair die: - Graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en enthousiast meewerkt aan evenementen. - Bereid is om (in overleg) ook in het weekend te werken, wanneer evenementen plaatsvinden. - Een mbo- of hbo-opleiding volgt en beschikbaar is voor een stageperiode die begint tussen augustus en november en minimaal loopt tot begin februari 2027. - Een meeloopstage zoekt (het maken van een stageopdracht ...
