Bij TopParken worden bijna alle facilitaire zaken voor onze vakantieparken centraal geregeld. Tijdens je stage ondersteun je het facilitaire team bij uiteenlopende projecten op het gebied van onderhoud, brandveiligheid, duurzaamheid en IT. Je bent regelmatig op onze parken te vinden om praktijkervaring op te doen. Een unieke kans om mee te kijken in de keuken van een groeiende recreatieorganisatie! Help jij ons mee bij het creëren van onvergetelijke herinneringen voor onze gasten? Wat ga je doen? - Onder begeleiding van de Facilitair Coördinator pak je diverse ondersteunende taken op: - Assisteren bij het beheren van diverse systemen op de parken - Ondersteunen bij het afwikkelen van schademeldingen - Helpen bij het up-to-date houden van facilitaire protocollen en werkprocessen - Bijdragen aan een vlekkeloze planning en administratie van lopende projecten - Meedenken over verbeteringen op de parken Wat krijg je van ons? - Een leerzame stageplek binnen een informele en gezellige organisatie met passie voor recreatie: - Een stagevergoeding die ligt tussen ongeveer € 350,- en € 450,- per maand (o.b.v. fulltime) - Reiskostenvergoeding van maximaal € 175,- per maand - Goede begeleiding door ervaren facilitair professionals - Een kans om veel te leren en impact te maken op onze parken Wie ben jij? - Je volgt een relevante MBO of HBO opleiding richting Facilitair Management - Je bent leergierig, proactief en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal - Je bent flexibel en vindt het leuk om op verschillende locaties te werken Hoe ziet werken bij TopParken eruit?
