Tijdens je stage krijg je de unieke kans om het vak van HR Consultant van dichtbij te ontdekken en actief mee te draaien binnen ons team.

Wat ga je doen?

Geen koffie-stage bij ons. Vanaf dag één krijg je verantwoordelijkheid en word je betrokken bij de dagelijkse werking van ons kantoor.

Je krijgt de kans om ervaring op te doen binnen:

Rekrutering & Selectie

  • Actief zoeken naar talent via jobboards, LinkedIn en sociale media.
  • Kandidaten screenen en telefonische interviews afnemen.
  • Sollicitatiegesprekken inplannen en ondersteunen.
  • Kandidaten begeleiden tijdens hun zoektocht naar een nieuwe uitdaging.

HR & Administratie

  • Ondersteunen bij diverse HR-gerelateerde administratieve taken.
  • Vacatures opstellen en publiceren.
  • Kandidatendossiers beheren en up-to-date houden.

Klantencontact & Sales

  • Telefonisch contact onderhouden met kandidaten en klanten.
  • Meehelpen bouwen aan duurzame klantenrelaties.
  • Kennismaken met de commerciële kant van HR-dienstverlening.

Campus Recruitment & Projecten

  • Meewerken aan boeiende employer branding- en campusprojecten.
  • Ondersteunen bij jobbeurzen en andere rekruteringsactiviteiten.

Wie ben jij?

Jij bent iemand die energie haalt uit contact met mensen en graag nieuwe dingen leert.

Daarnaast:

  • Volg je een bachelor- of masteropleiding.
  • Heb je interesse in HR, rekrutering en/of sales.
  • Ben je communicatief sterk en klantgericht.
  • Hou je van afwisseling en weet je verschillende taken te combineren.
  • Werk je nauwkeurig en georganiseerd.
  • Ben je enthousiast, proactief en leergierig.
  • Geloof je in teamwork en een persoonlijke aanpak.
