Wil jij ervaren hoe HR bij een grote en veelzijdige organisatie werkt én veel ruimte krijgen om jezelf te ontwikkelen? Dan is deze stage iets voor jou. Dit ga je doen Tijdens deze stage draai je mee binnen ons HR-team, met Werving & Selectie als jouw basis, waar je wordt begeleid door onze collega's en de kans krijgt om het volledige werving- en selectieproces van dichtbij te leren kennen. Tegelijkertijd is er volop ruimte om te ontdekken wat het brede HR-vak jou te bieden heeft. Je krijgt de vrijheid om aan te sluiten bij verschillende HR-adviseurs binnen onze afdeling, mee te kijken met hun werkzaamheden en zelf interessante projecten of opdrachten op te pakken. Zo bouw je niet alleen ervaring op binnen Werving & Selectie, maar maak je ook kennis met uiteenlopende HR-thema's en ontdek je waar jouw interesses en talenten liggen. En er is meer: - Je krijgt inzicht in hoe HR-vraagstukken binnen de organisatie worden opgepakt. - Je werkt aan projecten en opdrachten die aansluiten bij jouw interesses en leerdoelen. - Je maakt kennis met diverse HR-thema's, zoals leren & ontwikkelen, loopbaanontwikkeling en HR-beleid. - Je denkt mee over verbeteringen, vernieuwingen en de ontwikkeling van HR-beleid. - Je bouwt een breed beeld op van de verschillende specialismen binnen HR.
