Dit ben jij - Je volgt een hbo-opleiding in de richting van Human Resource Management, Personeel & Arbeid of vergelijkbaar. - Je bent sociaal, communicatief sterk en werkt accuraat. - Je vindt het leuk om te schakelen tussen administratie, contact met collega's en het analyseren van processen. - Je neemt initiatief en denkt graag mee over verbeteringen. Dit ga je doen Afhankelijk van jouw leerdoelen en interesses werk je mee aan: - Personeelsadministratie: verwerken van mutaties, contracten en verlofregistratie. - Werving & Selectie: ondersteunen bij vacatureteksten, sollicitatiegesprekken en onboarding. - Ziekteverzuim: meewerken aan registratie, opvolging en preventieve acties. - HR-projecten: actief bijdragen aan verschillende HR-projecten, van onboarding en duurzame inzetbaarheid tot leren & ontwikkelen. - HR-processen: meedenken over verbeteringen, digitalisering en beleid.
