De afdeling Human Resources houdt zich bezig met alle voorkomende HR vakgebieden. Van performance management & management development tot beoordeling, ontwikkeling en verzuimbegeleiding. En van onboarding tot aan de exit-interviews. Tijdens deze stage krijg je de kans volledig mee te werken in het HR team en word je klaargestoomd als HR professional. Dit team bestaat uit een HR Business Partner, een HR Sr. Analist en een Corporate Recruiter. Binnen deze stage begin je bij de HR basis. Je verricht onder meer ondersteunende werkzaamheden voor de personeels- en salarisadministratie. Je kunt hierbij denken aan onder andere de ziek- en betermeldingen en de opvolging hiervan, het opstellen van arbeidsovereenkomsten, de administratie van het tijdregistratiesysteem.
