Bij de Gemeente Peel en Maas doe je een enorme dosis ervaring op en maak je kennis met het reilen en zeilen in een gemeente. En dat is hartstikke interessant! Wij doen ons best om jou een passende stageplek te bieden. Uiteraard maken we dan eerst uitgebreid kennis met elkaar. Zo gaan we samen kijken of er een klik is. Wat ga je doen? Telefonisch te woord staan van inwoners; Beantwoorden van e-mails en WhatsApp-berichten; Registreren van alle klantcontacten en vragen in het systeem; Administratieve werkzaamheden; Filteren en doorzetten van vragen naar de juiste afdeling of collega. Wat leer en ervaar je in deze functie? Je leert de gemeente Peel en Maas in korte tijd breed kennen; Je ontwikkelt je sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden; Je leert gesprekstechnieken toepassen en verbeteren; Je leert om goed door te vragen en situaties te analyseren; Je leert hoe je vragen van inwoners juist registreert en doorzet; Je leert stevig in je schoenen te staan in het omgaan met uitdagende situaties. Wie ben jij? Je volgt een mbo-niveau 3 of 4 opleiding, bijvoorbeeld in de richting van: Office/Management assistent Commercieel medewerker Medewerker facilitaire dienstverlening Je beschikt over goede sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden; Je kunt zelfstandig werken; Je bent leergierig en stelt vragen;

Je kunt goed luisteren en doorvragen. Ons aanbod: Als stagiaire krijg je natuurlijk een stagevergoeding. Je krijgt een stagevergoeding als je stage langer dan 6 weken duurt. Je ontvangt een stagevergoeding van € 406,50 bruto per maand (10% van het maximum salaris van schaal 7 bruto per maand Cao gemeenten, salaristabel juli 2026). De vergoeding is voor een volledige werkweek van 36 uur. Maak je minder uren dan is de stagevergoeding naar rato.
