Stagiair kwaliteit & procescontrole 40 uren MBO 4 MBO 2 & 3 Productie Kwaliteit & HSE Heerenveen Dit ga je doen Als Stagiair Kwaliteit krijg je de kans om praktijkervaring op te doen en mee te werken aan het bewaken van de kwaliteit van onze eindproducten. Jij gaat meelopen op de Kwaliteitsafdeling en helpt ervoor te zorgen dat alles voldoet aan de normen en dat er zo min mogelijk fouten worden gemaakt. Jouw werkzaamheden zijn gevarieerd en geven je een goed beeld van het kwaliteitsproces binnen ons bedrijf. Denk hierbij aan: - Controleren of producten correct zijn verpakt, de juiste codering hebben en voldoen aan de gestelde kwaliteitseisen. - Helpen bij het correct en volledig invullen van batchlogs en ondersteunen bij het nemen van monsters volgens de geldende procedures. - Ondersteunen bij het onderzoeken en beoordelen van productmonsters, zoals sedimenten uit de productielijn. - Afwijkingen registreren en ondersteunen bij de opvolging van kwaliteitsacties (QA/QC). - Helpen bij het controleren van bedrijfsverpakkingsnormen (BVN) aan de hand van Masterdata. - Uitvoeren van administratieve werkzaamheden, zoals het verwerken van gegevens en het bijhouden van documentatie. - Collega's op de werkvloer en op kantoor ondersteunen door vragen te beantwoorden en informatie te verstrekken. - Zorgdragen voor een correcte en volledige invulling van batchlogs en het nemen van monsters volgens de geldende procedures. Mogelijkheid voor een onderzoek naar: - Verkleuring van sedimenten kaartjes na verloop van tijd. - Deeltjesgrootte van het poeder. Ons team Ausnutria is een producent van hoogwaardige baby- en kindervoeding op basis van koe- en geitenmelk. Onze producten worden gemaakt in drie fabrieken in Nederland (Kampen, Leeuwarden en Heerenveen) en wereldwijd verkocht via eigen verkoopkantoren en lokale distributeurs op alle continenten.
