Als stagiair processen ga je op onderzoek uit, breng je werkprocessen in kaart en help je deze te vertalen naar een toekomstbestendige werkwijze. Je krijgt veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief, doet waardevolle praktijkervaring op en maakt direct impact op onze organisatie. Jouw rol: De sector Veiligheid en Handhaving draagt bij aan een stad waarin inwoners, ondernemers, werknemers en bezoekers zich veilig voelen en veilig zijn. De afdeling Operationele expertise ondersteunt de handhavingsorganisatie binnen de gemeente Eindhoven op strategisch en organisatorisch vlak. Deze afdeling zorgt voor de middelen, processen en structuren die nodig zijn voor een effectieve uitvoering van handhavingstaken. Tijdens deze meewerkstage duik je in de processen van de afdeling. Je onderzoekt hoe werkzaamheden vandaag de dag verlopen, spreekt met collega's uit verschillende teams en vertaalt deze inzichten naar heldere werkprocessen. Zo help je ons efficiënter te werken en lever je een zichtbare bijdrage aan de verdere professionalisering van de organisatie. We staan open voor je eigen inbreng bij de invulling van de stage en daarnaast kunnen we jouw hulp en inzichten gebruiken bij het volgende: - Je gaat zelfstandig in gesprek met collega's om informatie op te halen over bestaande werkwijzen en processen. - Je analyseert de opgehaalde informatie en vertaalt deze naar heldere procesbeschrijvingen en werkprocessen. - Je signaleert knelpunten en verbetermogelijkheden binnen processen en denkt mee over praktische oplossingen. - Je legt processen vast in BlueDolphin, zodat kennis en werkwijzen inzichtelijk en geborgd worden. - Je krijgt een kijkje achter de schermen van de bedrijfsvoering en werkt samen met professionals uit verschillende vakgebieden. - Je st...
