Als Stagiair Recruitment bij Amsta help je mee aan het aantrekken van nieuwe collega's voor de zorg. Je krijgt goede begeleiding, veel praktijkervaring en alle ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Jouw rol als Amstadammer Als stagiair Recruitment werk je mee aan het vinden van nieuwe Amstadammers. Je ondersteunt de recruiters tijdens het volledige wervingsproces en krijgt zo een goed beeld van hoe recruitment binnen een grote zorgorganisatie werkt. Je hebt contact met kandidaten, denkt mee over vacatures en draagt bij aan het optimaliseren van recruitmentprocessen. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar staat er nooit alleen voor. Je krijgt goede begeleiding, persoonlijke aandacht en volop ruimte om vragen te stellen en jezelf te ontwikkelen. In jouw rol ben jij bezig met: - Het werven van vakantiekrachten voor de zomerperiode. - Het screenen van cv's en ondersteunen bij intakegesprekken. - Het inplannen van gesprekken en verwerken van administratieve werkzaamheden. - Het plaatsen van vacatures op verschillende wervingskanalen. - Het actief zoeken en benaderen van potentiële kandidaten (sourcing). - Het opbouwen van talentpools voor toekomstige vacatures. Hier gebeurt het Recruitment valt onder de afdeling HRM, die bestaat uit verschillende teams, waaronder HR Advies, Leren & Ontwikkelen, Personeels- en Salarisadministratie, Plan & Flex en Recruitment. Je maakt deel uit van het Recruitmentteam, dat bestaat uit vier recruiters en een recruitmentmedewerker. Je werkt vanuit de locaties Dr. Sarphatihuis en Jan Bonga.
