Ben jij op zoek naar een stage waar je écht impact maakt en de wereld van rekrutering van dichtbij leert kennen? Voor ons kantoor in Dendermonde zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste stagiair(e) die zin heeft om mee te draaien in een gedreven team. Je krijgt de kans om kandidaten en bedrijven samen te brengen, praktijkervaring op te doen en je talenten verder te ontwikkelen binnen een professionele én warme werkomgeving.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je volgt momenteel een bacheloropleiding en hebt je eerste jaar succesvol afgewerkt, bij voorkeur binnen HR, personeelswerk, psychologie of een gelijkaardige richting, en bent klaar om praktijkervaring op te doen.
  • Je bent gedurende minstens 8 weken voltijds beschikbaar om jezelf volledig onder te dompelen in de wereld van rekrutering.
  • Je haalt energie uit contact met mensen, werkt graag samen en staat open om elke dag bij te leren.
  • Je communiceert vlot, neemt graag initiatief en weet verschillende taken goed te organiseren.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een digitale werkomgeving en kan vlot overweg met toepassingen zoals Outlook, Excel en andere MS Office-programma’s.
  • Je bent enthousiast, gemotiveerd en niet bang om de telefoon op te nemen om kandidaten proactief te benaderen.

Tijdens deze gevarieerde stage werk je actief mee aan rekrutering, sourcing en kandidaatbegeleiding. Je komt terecht in een hecht en gedreven team dat je met open armen ontvangt en je gedurende je hele stageperiode begeleidt.

Functieomschrijving

  • Ga actief op zoek naar geschikte kandidaten via onder andere VDAB en andere rekruteringskanalen.
  • Contacteer potentiële kandidaten telefonisch, peil naar hun ervaring, verwachtingen en motivatie, en bouw een eerste vertrouwensband op.
  • Voer telefonische screenings uit en beoordeel samen met de Recruitment Consultant welke profielen het best aansluiten bij de vacatures.
  • Stel interessante kandidaten voor aan klanten en draag bij aan het creëren van duurzame matches tussen talent en werkgever.
  • Schrijf en publiceer aantrekkelijke vacatureteksten die de juiste doelgroepen aanspreken.
  • Ondersteun de dagelijkse kantoorwerking door vacatures op te volgen, personeelsdossiers administratief te verwerken en de mailbox mee te beheren.
