En welke stappen zijn nodig als iemand verhuist? Onze opzichters weten hoe het werkt, maar hun werkwijze staat nog niet overal duidelijk op papier. Tijdens jouw stage breng je die processen in kaart. Je maakt heldere stappenplannen en werkinstructies, zodat collega's de informatie makkelijk kunnen vinden en gebruiken. Dit ben jij - Je volgt een mbo- of hbo-opleiding in de richting van Vastgoed of Business & Management. - Je vindt het leuk om uit te zoeken hoe iets werkt. Je kunt informatie goed ordenen en helder opschrijven. - Je maakt makkelijk contact met collega's, luistert goed en stelt vragen om hun werk te begrijpen. - Je pakt je werk zelfstandig op en bespreekt je bevindingen met collega's. Dit ga je doen Bij Wooninc. werken onze acht opzichters dagelijks met processen rondom reparatie en verhuizingen. Veel kennis over hun werkwijze zit in de praktijk en is nog niet overal op dezelfde manier vastgelegd. Je loopt mee met de opzichters en gaat met hen in gesprek. Stap voor stap breng je in beeld wat er gebeurt, wie waarvoor verantwoordelijk is, welke informatie nodig is en welke systemen zij gebruiken. Zie je verschillen in de werkwijze of kansen om iets duidelijker te maken? Dan bespreek je die met het team. Vervolgens leg je de afspraken op een overzichtelijke en bruikbare manier vast. Denk aan procesbeschrijvingen, checklists en stappenplannen. Je legt de processen vast in onze systemen en stelt werkinstructies op. Zo help je collega's om de juiste informatie makkelijk terug te vinden.
