Check dan eens onderstaande stage vacature. Odido wil BI-dashboards gecentraliseerd in één doel BI-platform beschikbaar maken. Hiervoor dienen dashboards uit bestaande platformen overgebracht te worden naar het nieuwe platform. Deze verandering geldt ook voor self service dashboards en de betreffende bouwers hiervan. Daarnaast vraagt deze transitie om een nieuwe manier van werken rondom documentatie. Vanuit Data Governance en AI Assurance is het belangrijk dat dashboards helder, compleet en gestructureerd worden vastgelegd. Het plan van aanpak ligt klaar; de uitdaging zit in de uitvoering en het meenemen van alle betrokkenen in deze verandering. Per direct zijn wij voor 4-6 maanden op zoek naar een: Stagiair Verandermanagement Data & BI. - Vertalen van het bestaande veranderplan naar concrete implementatieactiviteiten. - Identificeren en begeleiden van dashboardbouwers en andere stakeholders door de verschillende fasen van verandering. - Organiseren en faciliteren van informatiesessies, trainingen en generieke support. - Ontwikkelen van ondersteunende communicatie, instructiemateriaal en richtlijnen. - Vergroten van bewustwording rondom de nieuwe werkwijze voor dashboardmigratie en documentatie. - Monitoren van voortgang, signaleren van knelpunten en uitvoeren van passende interventies. - S...
