Wil jij ontdekken hoe je zwemlessen geeft en kinderen begeleidt in hun ontwikkeling? Kom dan stagelopen bij zwembad de Peppel! Wat ga je doen? Als toekomstig zweminstructeur draag je bij aan de zwemveiligheid en ontwikkeling van kinderen. Je ondersteunt bij het verzorgen van zwemlessen volgens het Nationale Zwemdiploma A-B-C en leert hoe je de kinderen op een positieve en veilige manier begeleidt. Je krijgt inzicht in hoe je lessen voorbereidt, aanpast aan verschillende niveaus en zorgt voor een veilige en plezierige leeromgeving. Hierbij komen onder andere de zwemslagen, onder water bewegen, drijven, klimmen en zelfredzaamheid in het water aan bod. Naast zwemlessen krijg je de kans om mee te kijken of mee te helpen bij andere activiteiten binnen het zwembad, zoals recreatief zwemmen, banenzwemmen, aquasporten of projecten met basisscholen (Swim 2 Play en school en omgeving). Wat verwachten wij van jou? - Je volgt een opleiding richting sport, bewegen en onderwijs of een opleiding tot zweminstructeur; - Je hebt een passie voor zwemmen en vindt het leuk om met kinderen en volwassenen te werken; - Je bent enthousiast, sociaal en maakt makkelijk contact met deelnemers; - Je bent gemotiveerd om jezelf te ontwikkelen als toekomstig instructeur; - Je bent flexibel en kunt afspraken nakomen richting deelnemers en collega's; - Je vindt veiligheid belangrijk en wilt leren hoe je een veilige zwemomgeving creëert; - Je durft initiatief te nemen en staat open voor feedback.
