Tijdens de stageperiode als junior recruiter bij YoungCapital draai jij volledig mee in het bedrijf. Je krijgt je eigen vacatures en gaat op zoek naar de juiste kandidaten voor deze functie(s). Dus je schrijft een pakkende vacature, je screent kandidaten en je beoordeelt of ze geschikt zijn voor de baan. Heb je een potentiële match gevonden? Dan nodig je de kandidaat uit voor een sollicitatiegesprek. Als jij daarna denkt dat de kandidaat de perfecte match is voor jouw klant, stel je hem of haar voor. Dit alles doe je natuurlijk niet alleen, maar je krijgt hulp van collega's! Dat is niet het enige, daarnaast stel je namelijk ook contracten op voor kandidaten, help je klanten met planningen en doet ander administratief werk.
