WAT GA JE DAGELIJKS DOEN Je hebt een afwisselende baan met veel verschillende werkzaamheden en vormt samen met je collega's het hart van de winkelvloer. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en zorgt dat zij op een klantvriendelijk manier worden geholpen. Gedurende de dag ben je verder bezig met de winkel- en schapindeling en maak je in overleg met de (Assistent) Bedrijfsleider nieuwe kopstellingen en bouw je gedeelten van de winkel om. Je speelt hierbij in op commerciële thema's, slecht weer betekent bijvoorbeeld dat de regenpakken en paraplu's extra aandacht verdienen. Je spiegelt onze schappen, verwerkt retouren en vult restvracht bij wanneer nodig. Verder werk je als kassamedewerker en help je onze klanten op vriendelijke en vlotte wijze. Het lossen van de binnenkomende vracht en het tijdens de dag schoonmaken van onze winkel behoort ook tot de werkzaamheden. WAT KENMERKT EEN STAGIAIR BIJ ACTION ? Een Stagiair van Action is klantvriendelijk, netjes en harde werker. Je bent creatief bij het indelen van onze schappen, teamgericht en kunt goed hoofdrekenen. Dit alles doe je in een gestructureerde en nette winkel. En verder: - Je volgt een BBL-opleiding richting detailhandel, of bent van plan om deze te gaan volgen; - Je bent bereid om naast je lessen op school, ten minste 24 uur per week te werken; - Je vindt het vanzelfsprekend om regelmatig in het weekend en de avonduren te werken; - Ervaring in de detailhandel is niet strikt noodzakelijk; - Minimaal 16 jaar i.v.m. kassawerkzaamheden; - Goede beheersing van de...
