Dit doen we overigens volledig digitaal; binnen OppoSuits hebben wij geen callcenter. Je helpt klanten dan ook via de e-mail (in een ticketsysteem), een live chat functie en door middel van een self-service portal. Klanten direct helpen is erg leuk en extreem belangrijk, maar tegelijkertijd geldt ook; vragen voorkomen is beter dan beantwoorden . Jij wordt dan ook verwacht om op tactisch niveau mee te denken over hoe wij onze klanten nóg beter kunnen helpen. Klinkt leuk, maar wie zijn we eigenlijk?
