Nous recherchons actuellement pour notre agence Adecco située à Mont-Saint-Guibert, un.e stagiaire (H/F) dans le cadre d'un stage de minimum 3 mois. Vous serez amené à occuper une place active au sein de notre équipe

Tâches:

Accueillir et orienter les candidats,

Réaliser un pré-screening initial des profils

Planifier et organiser les rendez-vous pour les consultants

Sourcer des candidats via différents canaux (sites d'emploi, réseaux en ligne) et effectuer des entretiens téléphoniques de présélection

Rédiger et publier des offres d'emploi sur les différentes plateformes Soutenir les consultants dans la recherche de profils pénuriques (contacts avec les écoles, utilisation des réseaux sociaux, etc.)

Encoder et assurer le suivi des demandes dans le système informatique interne (Adecco)

Mettre à jour et maintenir la base de données des candidats

Participer aux actions de prospection commerciale (recherches en ligne, élaboration de listings clients) Gérer les appels entrants Contribuer à la mise en œuvre de projets de recrutement Profil:

Vous êtes étudiant et vous suivez actuellement un Bachelor ou un Master (orientation : droit, secrétariat, langues, marketing, psychologie, sociologie, ...)

Vous cherchez un stage de Minimum 2 mois

Vous êtes proactif

Vous intégrez rapidement de nouvelles connaissances et procédures que vous savez mettre en application sur le terrain.

Vous êtes souriant et poli.

Vous disposez d'une excellente communication

Vous êtes motivé et dynamique

Vous disposez de bonnes connaissances de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, One note)

Vous portez un intérêt certain au secteur des RH
