Bij aXiehuis help je collega's met technische vragen en werk je mee aan betrouwbare systemen en handige digitale oplossingen. Je loopt stage in Heerlen of Eindhoven. Je staat tussen de gebruikers en de techniek: je hoort waar mensen tegenaan lopen, zoekt uit wat er misgaat en legt de oplossing begrijpelijk uit. Wat ga je doen? Je werkt mee met het ICT-team. We kiezen taken en een eventuele onderzoeksopdracht die bij jouw opleiding passen. - Je helpt collega's met apparatuur, accounts en applicaties. - Je zoekt terugkerende storingen uit en legt oplossingen vast zodat anderen er ook iets aan hebben. - Je werkt mee aan verbeteringen in Microsoft 365, werkplekken, beveiliging en digitale processen. - Voor een afstudeerstage formuleren we samen een vraag die je zelfstandig kunt onderzoeken en waar de organisatie iets aan heeft. Wat heb je nodig? Je hoeft onze systemen nog niet te kennen. We zoeken iemand die nieuwsgierig blijft totdat hij begrijpt hoe iets werkt. - Je volgt een mbo- of hbo-opleiding in ICT, informatica, IT-beheer of een vergelijkbare richting. - Je kunt helder uitleggen wat je doet, ook aan iemand zonder technische achtergrond. - Je gaat zorgvuldig om met gegevens van collega's en cliënten en vraagt door als je iets niet weet. - Ervaring met Microsoft 365 of een servicedesk is prettig, maar geen vereiste. Wat bieden wij? Je krijgt begeleiding en ruimte om zelf met oplossingen te komen. We laten je ook zien waarom goede ICT in de jeugdhulp ertoe doet. - Een stagevergoeding van € 600 per maand. - Hybride werken in overleg, waar je stagewerk dat toelaat. - Begeleiding van collega's die tijd maken voor je vragen en je feedback geven op je werk. - Een stage die we met jouw opleiding afstemmen.
