Bij Wolbers RVS loop je mee in de productie en leer je kanten, lasersnijden en meer - onder begeleiding van ervaren vakmensen. Uren Stage (32-40 uur) Niveau MBO / HBO Locatie Weerselo - • Soort dienstverband: Stage - • Periode: In overleg (minimaal 16-20 weken) - • Rooster: Maandag t/m vrijdag (dagdienst) - • Begeleiding: Vaste stagebegeleider en meelopen met ervaren vakmensen Wat ga je doen? - • Meelopen en assisteren bij het instellen en bedienen van kantbanken en lasersnijmachines - • Kennismaken met plaatbewerking: kanten, lasersnijden, lassen en constructiewerk - • Onder begeleiding werken volgens tekeningen en kwaliteitsnormen - • Meten en controleren van onderdelen; leren hoe afwijkingen worden gesignaleerd - • Assisteren bij laden en ontladen van machines en bij materiaaltoevoer - • Deelnemen aan overleg en dagelijkse afstemming binnen de productieafdeling - • Een stageopdracht uitvoeren waarin je een proces of verbetering onderzoekt (in overleg met opleiding en begeleider) Wie ben jij? - • Student aan een MBO- of HBO-opleiding in een technische richting (bijv. mechatronica, werktuigbouw of productietechnologie) - • Enthousiast over metaalbewerking en nieuwsgierig naar het vak in de praktijk - • Nauwkeurig, leergierig en niet bang om vragen te stellen - • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, mondeling en schriftelijk - • Teamplayer met een proactieve houding - • In het bezit van VCA-basis of bereid dit te halen Wat bieden wij jou? - • Een leerzame stage in een modern metaalbedrijf met korte lijnen - • Intensieve begeleiding door ervaren collega's - • Breed inzicht in de hele keten: van tekening tot afgewerkt product - • Werkplekken met CNC-kantbanken, lasersnijmachines en een lasatelier - • Ruimte om mee te denken en je stageo...
