Jij bent dé verbinder die stakeholders weet samen te brengen rond projecten die onze fysieke omgeving verbeteren. Je beheert relaties, coördineert inzichten en zorgt ervoor dat alle stemmen worden gehoord in het proces. Wat ga je doen? - Identificeer en betrek relevante stakeholders in projecten gericht op de fysieke leefomgeving - Organiseer overleggen en communiceer helder over voortgang en resultaten - Vertaal wensen en bezwaren van stakeholders naar actionable inzichten - Bouw strategische relaties op en onderhoud deze op lange termijn - Ondersteun projectteams bij het effectief samenwerken met externe partners Wat breng je mee? - Aantoonbare ervaring met stakeholdermanagement of relatiebeheer - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en diplomatie - Interesse in (regionale) ontwikkeling en fysieke leefomgeving - Vermogen om complexe belangen te onderscheiden en af te stemmen - Zelfstandigheid, organisatievermogen en servicegerichtheid Wat bieden wij?
