FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Ben jij een vroeger vogel die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt? Als stalmeester zorg je ervoor dat de aanvoer van varkens op onze site in goede banen wordt geleid.

- Je bent vanaf de vroege ochtend aanwezig om de dagelijkse aanvoer in goede banen te leiden.

- Je ontvangt de transporteurs en begeleidt hen bij het aanmelden en lossen.

- Je ziet erop toe dat de dieren op een rustige en correcte manier worden behandeld.

- Je controleert transportdocumenten en volgt de geldende richtlijnen nauwgezet op.

- Je bewaakt de planning en zorgt ervoor dat de dieren tijdig en ordelijk naar de volgende afdeling worden gebracht.

- Je vormt de verbindende schakel tussen chauffeurs, transportplanning en de interne productie.

PROFIEL

- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.

- Je houdt het hoofd koel wanneer het tempo hoog ligt.

- Je weet wat eerst moet gebeuren en kunt je werk goed organiseren.

- Je bent praktisch ingesteld, denkt logisch na en pakt problemen met de nodige nuchterheid aan.
