Dat zou werelds zijn! Waarom werken bij KC Werelds Op Werelds zijn we op zoek naar een échte stamgroepleider. Een doener en een denker, die vanuit zijn/haar hart Jenaplanonderwijs geeft. Als schoolteam hebben wij een plan klaarliggen om het gedachtegoed van Jenaplan nog meer uit te bouwen. Jouw ervaring kun je meenemen om bij Werelds te gaan bouwen. Ons team is al enthousiast aan de slag en kijkt naar je uit! Wat ga je doen Je gaat als stamgroepleider aan de slag. Voor veel zaken en vraagstukken in de groep heb je altijd een expert bij de hand: je vraagt het de leerling zelf. Jij bent dan ook goed in het opvangen en managen van alle verwonderingen en vragen waar leerlingen mee komen. Je ben zowel begeleider als leider en maakt van nature die switch, want je weet wat moet op basis van de leerlijn. Je zorgt ervoor dat iedereen wordt gehoord en gezien en weet de groep te motiveren. Op Werelds kun jij aan de slag om een goede basis te leggen op het gebied van een goede werkhouding, eigenaarschap en het omgaan met autonomie. Je vindt het vanzelfsprekend om ouders daarin mee te nemen. Als team ga je verder vormgeven aan het doorleven van ons Jenaplanconcept. Medewerkers zijn tevens talentenfluisteraar, zij kijken verder achter het gedrag van leerlingen en helpen hen om hun talenten te ontdekken. Je collega's zijn nieuwsgierig naar jou en jouw kijk op het doorleven van Jenaplanonderwijs of je ideeën voor de maandopeningen, de weeksluiting en het gesprek met de leerling.
