Ihre Mission bei uns

* Umsatz-, Ergebnis- und Kostenverantwortung für das gesamte Autohaus

* Führung und Entwicklung der Mitarbeiter:innen am Standort

* Strategischer Aus- und Aufbau des B2C, B2B und After-Sales Geschäfts

* Planung und Implementierung von Markt- & Vertriebsstrategien und gezielter absatzfördernder Maßnahmen

* Analyse des Marktpotenzials und bestehender Kund:innendaten

* Regelmäßiges Erheben, Monitoring und Interpretieren von Kennzahlen, die zur Zielerreichung notwendig sind

* Optimierung von Prozessen und Implementierung von Standards

* Repräsentation des Standortes nach außen

Ihr Profil als Zukunftsgestalter:in

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Automotive-Einzelhandel in einer Führungsposition (z.B. als Verkaufs- oder Betriebs/Serviceleiter)

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische und/oder technische Ausbildung

* Ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln und hohes Verständnis für Kennzahlen

* Umsetzungsstärke mit hoher Ziel- und Ergebnisorientierung

* Wertschätzende, empathische und bodenständige Persönlichkeit mit klarem Kommunikationsstil und Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen

* Den Willen etwas zu bewegen
