Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für den Standort Wien. Nachhaltiges Wachstum, starke Teams und exzellente Partnerbetreuung - immer im Einklang mit der strategischen Ausrichtung unseres Headquarters in Österreich.

Deine Aufgaben - was du bewegen wirst

Wachstum & Vertrieb Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der regionalen Vertriebsstrategie für den Großraum Wien. Verantwortung für Umsatz, Budget und Zielerreichung im Einzugsgebiet. Ausbau und Pflege eines starken Partnernetzwerks aus Elektrohandwerk, Architektur, Planung und Systemintegration.

Strategie & Umsetzung Operative und strategische Steuerung des Standortes Wien. Einführung, Optimierung und Skalierung von Prozessen. Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle relevanter KPIs. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung sowie nationalen und internationalen Vertriebs- und Marketingteams.

Kultur & Repräsentation Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung der Teams in technischer Beratung, Vertrieb und Business Development. Aufbau einer leistungsorientierten, offenen und verbindlichen Arbeitskultur. Repräsentation von Loxone gegenüber Kunden, Partnern und Entscheidungsträgern im Wirtschaftsraum Wien. Organisation und Durchführung von Schulungen, Trainings und Veranstaltungen.

Dein Profil - was dich auszeichnet * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition, idealerweise im B2B-Vertrieb. * Nachweisbare Erfolge im Aufbau, in der Führung und Entwicklung leistungsstarker Teams. * Technologie-Affinität. * Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Technik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung. * Starkes technisches Verständnis, idealerweise in der Gebäudeautomatisierung, Elektrotechnik oder Smart-Home-Branche. * Netzwerk & Marktverständnis im urbanen, wettbewerbsintensiven Umfeld. * Unternehmerisches Gespür für Markt- und Kundenbedürfnisse.

Unsere Gehälter liegen deutlich über dem Kollektivvertrag. Du erhältst ein Jahresgehalt von 75.000 - 95.000 € brutto auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung, die genaue Höhe hängt jedoch von deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung ab.
