Ihre Aufgaben bei uns:

* Operative Leitung und Organisation des Standortes

* Führung, Motivation und Schulung Ihres Teams

* Personaleinsatzplanung und aktive Steuerung der Personalkennzahlen

* Verantwortung für Bestellungen, Wareneingang und Inventur

* Sicherstellung von Hygiene-, Qualitäts- und Servicestandards

* Kontrolle der Warenpräsentation und Umsetzung von Verkaufsaktionen

* Kundenservice und Beratung

* Aktive Mitarbeit am Standort

Das bringen Sie mit:

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Lebensmittelbereich (z. B. Bäckerei, Gastronomie, Handel)

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Verkauf oder in der Gastronomie

* Führungserfahrung von Vorteil

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationstalent

* Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung

* Positives Menschenbild

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Zeitliche Flexibilität innerhalb der Öffnungszeiten

* Örtliche Flexibilität in der Zeit der Einarbeitung

Für diese Position gilt laut Kollektivvertrag (40 Stunden) auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung ein Monatsgehalt ab € 2112,- brutto ohne Zuschläge. Die tatsächliche Bezahlung richtet sich nach Ihrer beruflichen Erfahrung und Qualifikation.
