Gesucht wird ab sofort 1 Standortleiter_in Technikzentrum Bruck/Leitha

DEINE Herausforderung

* Verantwortung für den gesamten Standort, einschließlich der Kfz-Werkstatt, der Fachwerkstatt für Landmaschinen und des Autohandels

* Fachliche und disziplinäre Führung des Teams, um höchste Qualitätsstandards zu gewährleisten

* Steuerung des aktiven Verkaufs von Neu- und Gebrauchtwagen der Marken Peugeot, Citroen und John Deere sowie von Fahrzeugen aller Marken im Gebrauchtwagenbereich

* Weiterentwicklung der Werkstätten und des Standorts im Hinblick auf Qualität, Effizienz und Kundenzufriedenheit

* Unterstützung bei strategischen Projekten inkl. Einhaltung aller rechtlichen Vorschriften

* Analyse, Optimierung und Kontrolle der Prozesse am Standort

* Verantwortung für Warenbestellung, Warenpräsentation und korrekte Preisauszeichnung

* Regelmäßiger Kontakt zu internen und externen Schnittstellenpartner_innen um Entwicklungen zu erkennen und umzusetzen

* Personaleinsatzplanung und die Erstellung von Schulungsplänen

* Erkennen von Trends durch Beobachtung des Marktes und der Mitbewerber sowie deren Umsetzung

DEIN Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kfz-Mechaniker_in oder Landmaschinentechniker_in mit einer Meisterqualifikation

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer leitenden Position, idealerweise in der Werkstatt- oder im Automobilvertrieb

* Ausgeprägtes fachliches Wissen in der Kfz- und Landmaschinenmechanik sowie kaufmännisches Verständnis

* Hohe Verantwortung und Initiative sowie die Fähigkeit, Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten und weiterzuentwickeln

* Teamorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke, sowohl im Umgang mit Mitarbeitenden als auch mit Kunden

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Führungs- und Organisationsgeschick
