Vacature: Flexbegeleider Locatie: Nijmegen en Rivierenland Uren: 8/24 uur En dat begint met de eerste stap Elke dag nodig jij jouw cliënten uit om de stap te zetten die het best bij hen past. Geen dag is zo hetzelfde. Je ondersteunt cliënten in hun hersteltraject, stelt samen een herstelplan op en begeleidt ze om zo zelfstandig mogelijk te kunnen leven en meedoen in de maatschappij. Dit doe je in kleine teams, waarin je veel vrijheid hebt en er wordt gerekend op jouw professionaliteit. Je werkt actief samen met behandelaars en het netwerk rondom jouw cliënten. Jouw team Wil jij als flexbegeleider in verschillende teams en op verschillende locaties aan de slag? Bijvoorbeeld om meer ervaring op te doen of juist om jouw allround ervaring en kennis te delen in een gevarieerde omgeving? Als flexbegeleider spring jij bij waar het nodig is. Je vervangt bijvoorbeeld een collega die met zwangerschapsverlof gaat of bij ziekte en vakanties. Als flexbegeleider kun je studie, gezin of mantelzorgtaken uitstekend met je werk combineren en tegelijkertijd ben je van grote betekenis binnen de teams. Ook geef je jouw professionele ontwikkeling een boost want je werkt met diverse cliëntgroepen binnen de RIBW. Wie ben jij? Jij weet als geen ander wat een arm om een schouder kan betekenen of hoe ontspannend het is om samen te kunnen lachen. Als begeleider combineer je een warm hart met een professionele aanpak. Je herkent de behoeften van mensen met een psychische kwetsbaarheid en biedt herstelondersteunende begeleiding die hen helpt om weer in zichzelf te geloven. Met jouw expertise en ervaring inspireer je hen dagelijks om stappen te zetten in hun hersteltraject. Samen met je collega's doe jij wat daarvoor nodig is. Daarbij kun je altijd terugvallen op je team en zij op jou. Je geeft en krijgt vertrouwen. Je blijft stevig in je schoenen staan én bent dichtbij als het even tegenzit.
