Je stelt elektrotechnische besturingssystemen en hydraulische installaties in bedrijf bij klanten in Nederland en daarbuiten. Vanuit een technisch systeemleverancier in Zoetermeer werk je samen met automation-, hydrauliek- en designengineers aan turn-key projecten voor onder meer offshore, luxe jachtbouw en de maritieme en zware industrie. Functie-inhoud - Je begeleidt functionele testen, pre-FAT en FAT. - Je voert start-up, commissioning en SAT uit op nationale en internationale klantlocaties. - Je debugt applicatiesoftware en voert modificaties door in overleg met collega-engineers. - Je start hardware op en past waar nodig besturingskasten aan. - Je levert projecten op volgens de richtlijnen en borgt de projectafsluiting. - Je ondersteunt de tweedelijnsservice bij technische vraagstukken. Functie-eisen - Je hebt een hbo-/HTS-diploma automatisering, besturingstechniek, elektrotechniek of mechatronica, aangevuld met vakgerichte cursussen. - Je hebt ervaring met inbedrijfstellen en debuggen op basis van elektrotechnische schema’s, functionele beschrijvingen en applicatiesoftware; bij voorkeur heb je 3 tot 5 jaar vergelijkbare werkervaring. - Je kent besturingstechniek, procesautomatisering en hydraulische systeem- en aandrijftechniek en kunt P&ID’s en hydraulische en pneumatische schema’s lezen. - Je hebt praktijkervaring met PLC- en HMI-software van Siemens, Allen Bradley en Schneider. - Je hebt ervaring met Profibus, Modbus, CANbus en Ethernet en bent bekend met functionele en machineveiligheid, waaronder PL en SIL. - Je communiceert goed in het Nederlands en Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk, werkt goed samen en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je projecten. - Je woont binnen een straal van 50 kilometer van Zoetermeer.
