We zijn gericht op het bemiddelen van vakpersoneel voor de techniekbranche, hoveniersbedrijven, schildersbedrijven en interieurbouwers. Binnen dit vakgebied werken we hard aan vernieuwende en unieke concepten. We doen het net even anders (stukken beter ook trouwens) dan onze concullega's. Het team zet zich voor de volle honderd procent in (sommige in ieder geval) om mooie resultaten te halen. Ons team is gedreven, betrokken, energiek en soms een tikkeltje bijzonder. Uiteraard maken we tijd voor het vieren van successen, een potje tafelvoetbal, of een taart eet sessie. Overigens hoef je geen ervaring in recruitment te hebben. Als je geïnteresseerd bent in mens en organisatie, dan leren wij je de rest wel bij. De Baan Ja, ook hier moet je gewoon aanwezig zijn… het goede nieuws is wel dat je dat ook gewoon wil. Wat je gaat doen? De eerste periode zal je als meewerkend collega je vooral bezig houden met het bemiddelen van vakmensen naar exclusief vakwerk. Je kunt hierbij op je eigen manier werken, doe vooral wat voor jou werkt. Dit kan via email, telefoon, walkie talkie of via een postduif. Communiceren op verschillende niveaus is voor jou dan ook geen probleem. In deze hectische omgeving houd je je hoofd koel en weet je het overzicht te bewaren. Op een natuurlijke manier zal je de meer aansturende rol op je nemen en help je je collega's om hun doelen te bereiken en slimmer te werken. Daarnaast houd je zicht op de werkprocessen. Doordat je veel vanuit de markt hoort, vertaal je kansen naar concrete acties voor je team.
