Als net gediplomeerde HBO Verpleegkundige is het logisch dat je nog niet precies weet welk vakgebied jouw definitieve voorkeur heeft. Daarom richten we jouw opdrachten zo in dat je in jouw eigen tempo kunt ontdekken hoe het werken in een wijkteam, een woonzorgcentrum of de gehandicaptenzorg jou bevalt. Je sluit aan bij collegiale zorgteams waar kennis actief wordt gedeeld en waar een open werksfeer heerst. In jouw functie krijg je de nodige verantwoordelijkheid om verpleegkundige zorg te coördineren en de eigen regie van cliënten te stimuleren. Mocht je op de vloer ergens tegenaan lopen, dan kun je altijd terugvallen op een achterban van collega's en behandelaren voor intervisie en overleg. Groeien in je vak met persoonlijke coaching voor jou als Startend HBO Verpleegkundige Nijmegen Met je HBO-V diploma op zak ben je klaar om medische verpleegkundige situaties te beoordelen en zorgprocessen vorm te geven. Je werkdag bestaat uit het uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische handelingen, het afstemmen van behandelplannen en het ondersteunen van collega's bij inhoudelijke vragen.
