Ben jij net afgestudeerd in Rechten, wil je veel leren en krijg je energie van juridische vraagstukken, klantcontact én resultaat? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Als startend jurist bij Florijn krijg je de kans om jezelf in de praktijk te ontwikkelen. Je behandelt uiteenlopende juridische vraagstukken, hebt veel contact met klanten en werkt uiteindelijk toe naar het zelfstandig behandelen van zaken en het bijwonen van zittingen. Wat ga je doen? ✅ Juridische vraagstukken uitzoeken en behandelen; ✅ Opstellen en beoordelen van overeenkomsten en juridische correspondentie; ✅ Behandelen van geschillen en juridische dossiers; ✅ Voorbereiden van gerechtelijke procedures; ✅ Klanten adviseren en telefonisch te woord staan; ✅ Meedenken met klanten en zoeken naar praktische oplossingen; ✅ Bijdragen aan het verder uitbouwen van onze juridische dienstverlening; ✅ Op termijn zelfstandig zittingen bijwonen. Wat verwachten wij van jou? Je bent juridisch goed onderlegd, communicatief sterk en vooral eager om te leren . Je vindt het leuk om verantwoordelijkheid te krijgen en jezelf te bewijzen. Daarnaast herken jij jezelf in het volgende: ✅ Je hebt een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding Rechten; ✅ Je bent net afgestudeerd of hebt maximaal enkele jaren werkervaring; ✅ Je hebt affiniteit met het civiele recht; ✅ Je bent commercieel ingesteld en vindt klantcontact leuk; ✅ Je kunt goed schrijven en communiceren; ✅ Je werkt nauwkeurig en zelfstandig; ✅ Je bent niet bang om voor een groep of in de rechtbank te staan; ✅ Je denkt in oplossingen en pakt graag nieuwe dingen op. Ervaring met incasso, contractenrecht, verbintenissenrecht of procesrecht is een pré, maar zeker geen vereiste.
