Als startende uitvoerder servicebouw ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de bouwplaats voor kleinere projecten en onderhoudswerkzaamheden. Je leert de kneepjes van het vak door nauw samen te werken met ervaren uitvoerders en projectleiders. Je krijgt stapsgewijs meer verantwoordelijkheid en begeleiding bij het aansturen van onderaannemers, het bewaken van planning en budget, en het waarborgen van kwaliteit en veiligheid. Deze functie is de perfecte springplank voor een carrière als volwaardig uitvoerder of projectleider. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Coördineren van dagelijkse werkzaamheden op de bouwplaats bij service- en onderhoudsprojecten; - Aansturen van onderaannemers en zorgen voor een veilige en efficiënte werkplek; - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit in overleg met je leidinggevende; - Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers en bewoners tijdens werkzaamheden; - Controleren van uitgevoerd werk en zorgen voor correcte oplevering; - Bijhouden van voortgangsrapportages en administratie; - Signaleren van knelpunten en meedenken over oplossingen; - Leren van ervaren collega's en jezelf ontwikkelen tot volwaardig uitvoerder.

Je krijgt volop ruimte om te groeien in deze functie. Na een inwerkperiode waarin je intensief begeleid wordt, krijg je steeds meer eigen projecten onder je hoede. Binnen twee tot drie jaar kun je doorgroeien naar de functie van uitvoerder met grotere en complexere projecten. Daarnaast zijn er mogelijkheden om door te stromen naar een rol als projectleider of werkvoorbereider, afhankelijk van jouw ambities en talenten. De organisatie investeert actief in opleidingen en trainingen om jouw ontwikkeling te versnellen.
