Van sleutelaar tot specialist – leer het vak in de praktijk! Werk je nu in autotechniek, mechatronica of een andere technische richting en ben je toe aan meer afwisseling, vrijheid en uitdaging? Wil je onderweg zijn, werken aan grote machines en een vak leren waar je trots op kunt zijn? Dan is dit jouw kans. Je start met een gedegen en praktisch leertraject, zodat je stap voor stap het vak van Service Technicus beheerst. Zo ziet jouw leertraject eruit:

- Start in de werkplaats: je leert de basis van elektrisch roterende machines kennen.

- Meelopen met ervaren collega’s: circa één jaar ga je mee op pad bij klanten in Nederland en soms in het buitenland. Je kijkt mee, helpt mee en groeit naar zelfstandigheid. Uiteindelijk ga je zelfstandig of met een klein team:

- Elektrische en mechanische inspecties, controles en servicewerkzaamheden uitvoeren aan generatoren en elektromotoren;

- (De)monteren van grote machines bij klanten of aan boord van schepen;

- Storingen analyseren, onderhoud uitvoeren en machines weer in bedrijf stellen;

- Metingen verrichten en rapporteren;

- Klanten professioneel informeren en te woord staan;

- Afwisselend alleen of met 2-3 collega’s werken bij grotere klussen.

- Je werk vindt voor ongeveer 80% in Nederland plaats en 20% in het buitenland (meestal een week, altijd in overleg).

In deze functie draait het om jouw werkhouding en leergierigheid. Je hoeft geen perfect cv te hebben, maar wel passie voor techniek.

- Technische mbo-achtergrond (bijv. autotechniek, mechatronica, werktuigbouwkunde of elektrotechniek);

- Bereidheid om te leren en jezelf te ontwikkelen;

- Zelfstandig, maar ook goed in teamverband;

- Passie voor techniek, sleutelen en probleemoplossing;

- Reizen en afwisseling leuk vinden;

- Beheersing van Nederlands en Engels;
