The posting

Tijdens je eerste periode ondersteun je een ervaren uitvoerder bij de dagelijkse organisatie van GWW-projecten. Naarmate je groeit, neem je steeds meer werkzaamheden zelfstandig over. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: • Je helpt bij het aansturen van medewerkers en onderaannemers, waarbij je leert hoe je werkzaamheden duidelijk verdeelt en controleert of iedereen volgens de juiste uitgangspunten werkt. • Je ondersteunt bij de dag- en weekplanning, zodat personeel, materieel, leveringen en uitvoeringsactiviteiten logisch op elkaar aansluiten. • Je controleert de voortgang op de bouwplaats, waarbij je afwijkingen bespreekt met de uitvoerder en meedenkt over een praktische oplossing. • Je ziet toe op veilig werken, bijvoorbeeld door werkplekinspecties uit te voeren, toolboxen bij te wonen en collega's aan te spreken wanneer afspraken niet worden gevolgd. • Je houdt uren, productie en materiaalverbruik bij, zodat de projectadministratie aansluit op wat buiten daadwerkelijk is uitgevoerd. • Je stemt regelmatig af met de werkvoorbereider, zodat wijzigingen, leveringen en technische vragen tijdig worden verwerkt.

Functie-eisen: Voor deze functie zoeken we vooral iemand die het uitvoerdersvak serieus wil leren. Je hoeft nog geen jarenlange werkervaring mee te brengen, maar je moet wel verantwoordelijkheid willen nemen en gemakkelijk contact maken met mensen buiten. We zien graag het volgende terug: • Je hebt een mbo- of hbo-opleiding afgerond richting Civiele Techniek, GWW of Infratechniek, waardoor je beschikt over een passende technische basis. • Je hebt affiniteit met de uitvoering, omdat je graag op projectlocaties werkt en wilt begrijpen hoe civieltechnische werkzaamheden worden gerealiseerd. • Stage- of praktijkervaring binnen de infra is welkom, bijvoorbeeld bij een aannemer, gemeente of ingenieursbureau. • Je communiceert duidelijk en respectvol, zodat collega's weten wat er van hen wordt verwacht en zich vrij voelen om aandachtspunten met je te bespreke
