Am Standort Wien suchen wir: 1 Statiker_in / Bauingenieur_in als Projektleitung Tragwerksplanung

Was dich erwartet

* Als Statiker:in/Bauingenieur:in in der Tragwerksplanung entwickelst und berechnest du Tragkonstruktionen im Hochbau.

* Du arbeitest selbständig und lösungsorientiert durch sämtliche Planungsphasen eines Hochbauprojektes.

* Dabei verantwortest du die eigenständige Erstellung statischer Berechnungen, die Kontrolle von Schalungs- und Bewehrungsplänen sowie Ausführungen.

* Im integralen Planungsprozess arbeitest du eng mit sämtlichen Fachbereichen (Architektur, HKLS, Elektrotechnik, ÖBA/OÜ) sowie externen Planungspartner:innen, unterstützt durch BIM, zusammen.

* Du unterstützt die Umsetzung des ATP Green Deal zur Berücksichtigung der klimaneutralen Planung mit dem Ziel eines nachhaltigen Gebäudes.

Was du mitbringst

* Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.

* Dein Werdegang weist mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit sämtlichen Leistungsphasen im Rahmen der Abwicklung von mittleren bis großen Projekten in der Tragwerksplanung auf.

* Der Umgang mit statischen Systemen und deren Entwicklung/Berechnung ist dir vertraut.

* Du verfügst über weitreichende Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Genehmigungs- und Planungsregulatorien, Gesetze, Vorschriften und Normen.

* Im Rahmen deiner bisherigen Tätigkeit konntest du dir bereits Kenntnisse in BIM-Planungssoftwares, idealerweise Revit, und einschlägigen Berechnungsprogrammen aneignen.

* Du begeisterst durch deine Neugier an den Themen Nachhaltigkeit und Green Deal.
