Wir suchen zum ehest möglichen Eintritt 1 Stationsleiter_in Was dich erwartet

Du bist eine engagierte Führungspersönlichkeit mit Organisationstalent? Bei uns leitest du deine Station eigenverantwortlich, förderst dein Team und sorgst dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft - vom Tagesgeschäft über Qualität und Sicherheit bis hin zu Marketing und Abrechnung.

* Führung, Motivation und Einsatzplanung des Teams

* Sicherstellung von Sicherheits-, Hygiene- und Jugendschutzstandards

* Kontrolle von Warenverfügbarkeit, Arbeitskleidung und Sicherheitsunterlagen

* Umsetzung von Verkaufsaktionen und Promotions

* Koordination des operativen Tagesgeschäfts, inkl. Bestellwesen, Warenwirtschaft und Zeitwirtschaft

Womit du begeisterst

* Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams, idealerweise im Handel

* Freude am Kundenkontakt und Serviceorientierung

* Lösungsorientiert, qualitätsbewusst, zuverlässig

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutsch- und PC-Kenntnisse; flexible Einsatzbereitschaft
