The posting

  • Beheren en opvolgen van dossiers van aangesloten leden in het kader van wettelijke retributies
  • Berekenen en verwerken van retributies per dossier volgens interne procedures
  • Controleren en actualiseren van dossiergegevens in de SFA-databank
  • Uitvoeren van interne controles op documenten, eindafrekeningen en correspondentie
  • Toepassen van wetgeving en juridische richtlijnen in berekeningen
  • Opstellen en verwerken van retributienota’s en opvolgen van inning (aanmaningen, betalingsplannen, openstaande dossiers)
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen en opmerkingen van leden rond dossiers en berekeningen
  • Afstemmen met interne stakeholders (teamleader, finance, support) over dossiers en disputen
  • Rapporteren over dossierstatus en berekeningsproces
  • Bachelor denkniveau (bij voorkeur in administratie, finance, economie of gelijkwaardig)
  • Sterk cijfermatig inzicht en nauwkeurige werkhouding
  • Goede kennis van administratieve processen en dataverwerking
  • Interesse in wetgeving en reglementaire kaders (willen bijleren is belangrijk)
  • Vlot kunnen werken met databases en MS Office (Excel is een plus)
  • Analytisch en gestructureerd kunnen werken
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden (intern en extern contact)
  • Discreet omgaan met vertrouwelijke informatie
  • Vlot in Nederlands en Frans
  • Stressbestendig en in staat om meerdere dossiers tegelijk op te volgen
  • Teamplayer, maar ook zelfstandig kunnen werken
