Functieomschrijving Als steigerbouwer werk je in omgeving Arnhem op verschillende bouwlocaties en ben je dagelijks buiten aan het werk. Als steigerbouwer bouw je samen met jouw team veilige steigerconstructies op en breek je deze ook weer af. Veiligheid en samenwerking staan daarbij centraal. Je leert het vak in de praktijk en wordt begeleid door ervaren collega's, zodat je stap voor stap steeds meer zelfstandig kunt werken. Daardoor is deze functie als steigerbouwer perfect voor iemand die graag fysiek bezig is, graag buiten werkt en een echt vak wil leren. Je werkt met vaste collega's en maakt gebruik van hoogwaardig werkgereedschap. In het begin werk je onder begeleiding van ervaren vakmensen, waarna je na de inwerkperiode steeds zelfstandiger aan de slag gaat. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit het opbouwen en afbreken van steigers op verschillende locaties, waardoor je veel afwisseling hebt in jouw werkdag. Omdat je op bouwlocaties werkt, zijn veiligheid, duidelijke werkinstructies en goed samenwerken extra belangrijk. Je komt terecht in een informele werksfeer waarin je samenwerkt met collega's die jou het vak graag leren. Je kunt via ons jouw VCA en steigerpas behalen en deze opleidingen worden volledig betaald door ons. Daarnaast bouw je vanaf dag één pensioen op, ontvang je 8% vakantiegeld en heb je bij een fulltime dienstverband recht op 25 vakantiedagen. Ook zijn er doorgroeimogelijkheden naar ervaren steigerbouwer of vakman. Zo krijg je niet alleen de kans om betaald te leren, maar ook om op de lange termijn door te groeien binnen het vak.
