Voor een professioneel en nuchter steigerbouwbedrijf in de regio Mill zijn we op zoek naar een steigerbouwer. Of je nu al ervaring hebt in de steigerbouw of het vak graag wilt leren: als jij graag praktisch bezig bent en niet bang bent voor een beetje hoogte, dan komen we graag met je in contact. Als steigerbouwer zorg jij ervoor dat anderen veilig hun werk kunnen doen. Je bouwt steigers op verschillende locaties, past bestaande constructies aan en zorgt er uiteindelijk ook voor dat alles weer netjes wordt afgebroken. Afwisseling genoeg dus! Je start de dag samen met je collega's. Even bespreken wat er op de planning staat, het juiste materiaal verzamelen en vervolgens op pad naar de klus. Op locatie ga je aan de slag met het opbouwen, aanpassen en afbreken van verschillende soorten steigerconstructies. Veiligheid staat hierbij altijd voorop. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Opbouwen en afbreken van steigers. - Plaatsen en aanpassen van verschillende steigerconstructies. - Werken op uiteenlopende bouwlocaties. - Controleren of de steigers veilig en volgens de voorschriften zijn opgebouwd. - Samenwerken met collega's op locatie. - Zorgvuldig omgaan met materiaal en gereedschap. - Signaleren van bijzonderheden en veiligheidsrisico's. Je werkt veel buiten en komt op verschillende locaties. De ene dag werk je bij een woning, de volgende dag sta je op een groter bouwproject. Je ziet dus letterlijk wat je die dag samen met je collega's hebt neergezet. Persoonlijke kenmerken - We zoeken vooral iemand die graag wil werken, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en niet bang is om de handen uit de mouwen te steken.
