Voor een groeiend en hoogtechnologisch metaalbedrijf in de regio Hamont-Achel zoeken wij een verantwoordelijke Steller - Operator voor diverse zware plaatbewerkingsmachines (waaronder transferpersen van 500 en 1000 ton). In deze uitdagende rol ben je de spilfiguur op de werkvloer die zorgt voor een feilloos productieproces en de hoogste kwaliteitsstandaard. Jobomschrijving

Als Steller - Operator zorg je voor het instellen van de machines en stuur je de productiemedewerkers op de vloer aan:Instellen & Opstarten: Zelfstandig instellen van mechanische en hydraulische persen en het volledig inrichten van de werkplek met de juiste materialen.Kwaliteit & Vrijgave: Maken en controleren van het eerste en laatste product van een run; bij slijtage of defecten stuur je de tool naar de gereedschapsmakerij. Je geeft de productie pas vrij als de kwaliteit en veiligheid 100% gewaarborgd zijn.Aansturen & Planning: Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor productiemedewerkers, toezicht houden op de werkmethode en (voornamelijk buiten de daguren) mensen toewijzen op basis van de dagplanning.Optimalisatie: Oplossen van kleine technische storingen en actief meedenken over het optimaliseren van gereedschappen, persen en werkmethodes.Operationeel: Zorgen voor een propere en veilige werkplek en het enthousiast mee-uitvoeren van operationele taken om de teamdoelen te behalen.

Wij zoeken een kwaliteitsbewuste en communicatieve technicus die stevig in zijn schoenen staat:Je hebt minimaal een diploma secundair onderwijs in een technische richting.Je bent contactvaardig, werkt uiterst nauwkeurig en hebt een scherp oog voor detail.Je hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, werkt resultaatgericht en kunt goed omgaan met stress.Je kunt uitstekend zelfstandig beslissingen nemen, maar bent tegelijkertijd een echte teamplayer.Een zeer goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal is vereist voor het geven van instructies en de veiligheid.
